Super Conductor-Beast Liu

This is part of the "Worm Jeff" mythos. Please read "Evil Never Dies" first, otherwise this won't make any sense. ([link])

Yes, this is Jeff's brother, given a new body by the same mysterious force that resurrected his brother Jeff as a parasite. Only Liu was brought back as a strange, kaijin-like (a kaijin is a humanoid kaiju; such monsters are commonly seen in Power Rangers, Kamen Rider and such) monster who can fire incredibly powerful arcs of electricity from his horn. He can also electrify his body. He is about 7 feet high.

He keeps trying to talk sense into his brother whenever he finds him. Unfortunately, he is unaware that the vile parasite that was once his beloved little brother no longer cares about him, and he is attacked, either by the host body or summoned Drones, whenever he does so. This forces Liu to defend himself with his electric attacks and retreat, to try again another time.

Liu KNOWS there's got to be some part of his brother left in Worm Jeff, which is why he never gives up.
His scales are meant to be golden, but I messed that up badly (as you can tell.)
