APPEARANCE: Tall, muscular, and covered with light-pink scars.

HAIR: Shoulder-length, flat. Stringy and greasy when untended to (which is most of the time) and still feels rough when clean.
EYES: Extremely large, almost perfectly round. Bloodshot. At first appear to be lidless, but upon closer inspection lids are actually the black "rings" around eyes.
Have tendency to glow bright red when Jeff is very hungry or really angry, which is unsettling.
NOSE: No external nose; ragged set of nostrils.
MOUTH: What at first appears to be a classic Glasgow Grin is in fact an unnaturally wide mouth. He has enough bite power to crush concrete. Can pop off jaw a bit to swallow huge chunks of meat or small animals. Lips are deep crimson, and bear numerous nicks from  his daggerlike teeth. His tongue is about 12 inches long, and very nimble.
SKIN: Thick, tough, rough, leathery, and somewhat difficult to bruise or pierce, almost like hide armor. Pure white and completely hairless. There are a few places where the skin is not tough, like the groin, inner thigh, and the palms of the hands. Appears to be fire-resistant.
TEETH: Long, hard, razor-sharp, and slice through human flesh like a hot knife through butter. He cleans and flosses his teeth every day; it's one of the few bits of personal hygiene he doesn't neglect.
NAILS: Long, black, and pointy. They're not particularly sharp, but it still hurts when he scratches you.

STRENGTH: Superhuman++ (approaches seemingly Herculean levels when at max-rage mode or under extreme levels of stress)
AGILITY: Average
SPEED: Slower than molasses in January
INTELLIGENCE: Average (but is extremely cunning)
ENDURANCE: Superhuman++. He's really, really, REALLY hard to kill, or even slow down.

OTHER POWERS: recovers from minor injuries quickly, can regenerate entire limbs and/or organs if they're cut off or severely damaged, though these take much longer to heal and he often retreats when this happens, unless he's being REALLY stubborn about wanting to win. Has fair pain resistance, but knows when he needs to retreat and let his wounds knit. USUALLY.

Has a signature move called One-Megaton Fist (aka "Megaton Punch.") He claims to have spent five years perfecting this devastating finisher.

Has the equivalent of the "Scrappy" ability from Pokemon that allows him to hit otherwise intangible monsters, which means turning into smoke/fire/a shadow doesn't work on him. When he reaches maximum rage or is in horrible pain, he "roars" by emitting a distorted, horrible, inhuman screech that can paralyze humans with fear.

Enhanced senses (though, as demonstrated in "When The Hunger Strikes", in certain situations this can be the opposite of helpful.) Excellent night vision, but can't see in total darkness.

His powers were dormant until he reached 13 (the age in the original story.)

 Unlike most other versions of Jeff, he's a relatively slow but extremely powerful "tank" type fighter who relies on brute strength in battle. In spite of his bulk, though, he has no problem stalking his victims/potential meals.

Like a vulture's, his stomach acid is extremely powerful and can dissolve bones.

Has an extremely strong immune system, and rarely gets sick. He still gets colds and the flu occasionally, though. When this happens, Minion BEN takes care of him and "delivers" his meat by dragging in the mutilated, still-twitching flesh of victims he kills. How sweet of him!

THE HUNGER: Jeff requires vast amounts of protein to maintain his incredible strength, so he craves raw meat constantly. If he doesn't eat meat for a few days, a mysterious, primal force called The Hunger comes over him. When this happens, he slowly reverts to a feral state and tries to devour every scrap of flesh in sight, not stopping until he's full. He sometimes kidnaps people instead of killing them outright, then takes them "home" to his lair, butchers them like pigs, and devours their flesh.

WEAKNESSES: His persistence can be just as much of a liability as an asset, and wind up getting him into situations he can't handle (it's not uncommon for Minion BEN to teleport CJ out of near-death situations that are the result of his Honor Before Reason mentality.) Easily distracted by food, especially when he's really hungry. Quick to anger. His eyes, and the aformentioned "unarmored" parts of his body, are weak spots. When very full, he becomes drowsy and almost docile. Can't jump very high. Can't swim, because of his dense body. As mentioned before, kinda slow. Regenerative powers don't work correctly if he suffers too much blood loss.

RELATIONSHIPS: Normally has an abrasive and rude personality. It's extremely difficult to gain his trust, but a few have managed. These few are his close circle of allies (keep in mind that these are not the canon versions of the characters, but versions that exist only in this AU): Eyeless Jack, Laughing Jack, and, most importantly, Minion BEN. Minion BEN is the one individual he feels actual empathy towards, and treats with genuine kindness. This is a coping mechanism to help him deal with the loss of his brother; the way MB showers him with unconditional love and looks up to him as a role model reminded him of his relationship with Liu, so he treats MB as a surrogate brother.

OTHER INFO: Bones are super-dense and nearly unbreakable. Muscles are many times denser than normal human muscles, which makes him very heavy. Messy eater. Mainly interested in the muscle tissue of victims, tends to leave the organs behind for Eyeless Jack to "clean up." Doesn't like to be pushed around. Isn't intimidated easily. Fights dirty. Is NOT helpless without a weapon. Not very good with computers. Is very protective of his beloved battleaxe, "Babs." Is not immortal and can die, he's just INCREDIBLY tough to kill thanks to his mutant powers. Smokes cheap cigars. Because of his immense power and willfullness, he is incredibly difficult to dominate, both in body and spirit. Lives in an abandoned warehouse in the woods; ventures out into the city several times a week to satiate his bloodlust and fill his belly. Rugged survivalist. Minion BEN is his faithful companion, who "keeps down the fort" while he's out hunting at night by guarding his lair and keeping it clean and sanitized and helps him with menial tasks.
